Executive Committee Positions Available:
Secretary & Assistant Secretary
Someone meticulous to take minutes during meetings, and at the same time assist the Director and Assistant Director in their operations.
Financial Secretary
Someone trustworthy to take note of our expenses. You will need to keep an expenses log book.
Assistant New Media Director
To be in charge of the Web 2.0 Applications such as Facebook, Twitter, our Official NUSSU Travel Service website as well as to aid in the web designing. You will also be working closely together with the the New Media Director, as well as the Marketing, Publications and Publicity (Design) Directors & their respective teams.
Assistant Publications Director
To co-head our Travel Publications, and lead the Project Directors of Globetrotter or even newer Publications. Your job scope mainly revolves around writing and editing, working closely with the Publications Director, Marketing, New Media and Publicity (Design) teams.
Assistant Publicity Director (Design)
To co-head in designing of various NUSSU Travel Service hard copy collaterals such as advertising, publicity posters, pull-up banners etc. This person will be working closely with the Publicity Director, as well as the Marketing, Publications and New Media teams.
Marketing Director & Assistant Marketing Director
To heighten awareness and to create external branding of NUSSU Travel Service to the Travel Industry (National Tourism Boards, Travel Agents etc.), as well as to create internal branding to the entire NUS population.
Sponsorship Director & Assistant Sponsorship Director
To head and network with various corporate organisations to secure sponsorships.
Tour Director & Assistant Tour Director
To manage and oversee the Project Directors in charge of the various Tours organised.
Projects Director & Assistant Project Director
To manage and oversee the various Projects, such as our signature Travel Mania, Travel Blog Competition etc.
On all positions, we expect commitment and delivery of the tasks, as we are serving the entire NUS community.
